The all new 2017 Superduty F250 featuring an aluminum cab and body panels equipped with an aluminum Reading service body. So much to talk about….so here it goes.
This all new superduty starts with a fully boxed hydroformed steel frame for greater strength, less flex. The weight savings of the all new aluminum body is reinvested in the frame and suspension components. This truck is a 2017 F250 4×2 Regular cab pickup box delete chassis featuring the awesome 385hp/420ftlb 6.2L v8 and 6-speed auto trans. We optioned this truck with the e-locking 4.30 axle, power equipment group, trailer brake controller, roof clearance lights, rear stabilizer package (important), SYNC hands free media, and Cruise control.
To stay with the theme of Aluminum we had our friends at Western Truck upfit this truck with the Aluminum Reading Classic II service body which features seamless wheelhouse panels, stainless steel paddles handles (replaceable), diamond plate steel floor, hidden hinge design and frame mounted bumper.
So what does all this mean to you? A couple of things. Higher dent resistance, no corrosion, increased fuel economy and higher payload. In fact this particular truck has a payload capability of 3,479 pounds!
